Hi, I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m Amy. My personal experience with counselling, along with my professional training, helps me to know how provide a space for you to grow. Those called to partner with me are struggling with anxiety, trauma, tension in their relationships (romantic or otherwise) or burn out.

By using tried and true (researched based) approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic Therapy and Trauma Focused Therapy I can help you process experiences, regain balance in your life and develop healthier connections with yourself and those around you.
