Personalized Care and Connection

Change is possible and support is available.

Hi, I’m Amy (she/her).

Located in White Rock British Columbia, Canada, providing counselling in-person in White Rock, BC & virtually across Canada. I am a Registered Professional Counsellor Candidate (RPC-C) with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA).

As a Certified Trauma Professional I understand the effects this has on your body, brain, emotions and life. I support people navigating life transitions, overcoming obstacles and challenges. I assist couples and individuals by helping them identify their strengths while providing support in re-authoring the stories, values or beliefs that no longer serve them. I also assist couples who are struggling with distress, communication or conflict while improving connection and creating a secure bond within the relationship.

My cultural background of Indigenous (Mohawk) and Irish descent has given me the valuable perspective on how culture, society and diversity, among many other factors, can influence the way we see ourselves and the world around us.

When suffering emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress, I had feelings of overwhelm, emotionally drained, and was unable to meet the daily demands of life. I realized I was suffering from burnout and chose the support of counselling as a tool to help positively shift my beliefs and values through my burnout recovery. This experience prompted my career transition into the field of professional counselling.
